Colorectal Cancer is the second leading cause of cancer-related death in women and men in the U.S. It is important to have regular colonoscopies after age 45 to detect polyps and remove them before they turn into cancer.

Colorectal Cancer is preventable and highly curable when it is found early. Please complete the Screening Form below to request your Fecal Immunochemical Test (FIT) and a representative from Southern 7 Health Department (S7HD) will contact you soon. This FREE test is available through S7HD to residents age 45-75 of Alexander, Hardin, Johnson, Massac, Pope, Pulaski, and Union Counties in Illinois.
